Start With a Simple Walkthrough

Photograph the front and back of the house, then take an overview of each room from the doorway or another accessible spot. Include the kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and any garage or outdoor space. Keep the camera level and use natural light where possible so the rooms are easy to understand.

Show the Repairs You Already Know About

Include visible concerns such as damaged flooring, ceiling stains, worn cabinets, or broken fixtures. Take one wider picture for context and one closer picture for detail. Describe what you have observed without guessing at the cause, and avoid filters or edits that hide the property's condition.

Keep the Process Manageable
